Customer Policy
Zyvlon provides a baseline policy structure for hosted ecommerce storefronts. Final policy wording should be adapted to the merchant, jurisdiction, product category, and payment provider.
Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Pre-order reservations may be cancelled during the reservation window shown on the product or order page.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order, customers can open a support ticket with order details and photos so the care team can review replacement, store credit, or refund options.
Return eligibility can vary by product type, campaign, seller, or fulfillment method. The platform is designed to support configurable return windows, exchange workflows, and store-credit outcomes.
Pre-order products include clear availability messaging and order status visibility. If a launch timeline changes materially, the merchant can notify customers and define cancellation or credit options.
Lost, delayed, or misrouted shipments can be escalated through support. Zyvlon keeps order records and support tickets together so fulfillment teams have the context they need.
